Swollen feet and hands

I know that you get swollen feet and hands while pregnant but I thought that is if your working your self to hard which is when I normally feel it. Today though no swollen feet or hands and then I took a nap and when I woke up they were both swollen so Im kind of like but i didnt even work myself so my question does swollen feet and hands just come and goes whether working your self or not?

Drink a lot of water, keep your feet elevated as much as possible and watch your sodium intake too!! I've had problems with this my last two pregnancies..just waiting for it to start up with this one too!! ;-)

My hands and feet are the most swollen after I take a nap and when I wake up in the morning. It gets better when I move around and drink some water.

I notice my hands are swollen one day & fine the next. I don't eat a lot of salt but have put on weight. I'm waiting for my feet to swell up. Keep those legs elevated.
