Swollen vagina?

The outside of my vaginal area is swollen, I went down to wipe and I can feel a huge difference. I'm 36 weeks, is that normal?

37 weeks on Saturday, and this is my second. I'm freaking out more now than with my first lol

I think she did drop, I do feel a lot of pressure. As of now, I'm getting contractions that aren't consistent but my hips and lower back are in pain.
