Symptom Advice

I'm having some odd and difficult symptoms lately. I am 33 weeks, and this morning I felt an odd cold sensation in the upper part of my belly, like when you drink something really cold and can feel it go down. The baby started getting the hiccups right after and has been nice and ative so it's not really a concern, I just wondered if anyone felt anything odd like this.

The more concerning one, is I can no longer wear a bra of any kind, even maternity ones because of how much my ribs have expanded. Even with out a bra on I still feel very constricted and out of breath and it seems to be trying to make me hyperventilate off and on. This makes it especially difficult to sleep. I have tried breathing strips, my enhaler, vicks rub, and a humidifier, but nothing seems to work for very long.

Lastly, I am having horrendous muscle cramps like everywhere. My doctor told me to stretch before bed and take magnesium suppliments but they still wont stop and sometimes they leave me very sore. Rubbing also doesn't help much and neigther does my pool therapy.

Yep crossing my fingers ^_^
I'll try the potato thing though. Hashbrowns sound super yummy.

Well the cramps I know it sounds completely stupid but eat tons of potatoes and drink yoohoo. Lol I don't know much about the cold feeling and the feeling constricted and can't breath I hate to say it be causer u know you don't want to hear it but there's nothing you can do about it =/ the baby is growing and taking up more room which is pushing all your organs up in to your Rib cage and unfortunately giving your lungs less room to expand also.  But just think,  it'll all be over soon! !!! Only a few more weeks for you! !!!
