I'm switching to T-Mobile, the four phones for $100 with 10gb internet, but my question is, does this app use up the interment every time its used? Because rite now I have unlimited internet and don't keep track of my usage and I can't use the internet much once I switch phones.

Yes . this is based off the internet but you could always use wifi

Well the  forum portion i believe is internet based but if you have wifi at most places you use this then it will be better because I believe it wont affect your GBs.. hope that helps.

I believe it does. If you go into your settings on your phone and look at your data usage there should be a place where it breaks it down and shows you exactly how much data you've used and what its been used on.
