Hey girl! I know your c-section is Friday, but wanted to see how you are feeling. Haven't seen anything posted from you in a while. I know you were dialating......Lots of luck!
I wish my c section was that soon!! I go in on the 15th hopefully. 30lbhs is not bad at all. I gianed 45lbs with my first. This time I have only gained 13lbs so far. Once the baby gets here, your weight will start gradually coming off. With the breastfeeding and being on the go so much. My sister is on the weight watchers diet and has already lost about 10 lbs in about 5 weeks!!
omg!!! i wish my c-section was that soon!!! congrats... i know you're excited! :)
i know its easier said than done trying to exercise w/ 3 kids... but i managed to do it after my youngest was born... i bought the turbo jam dvds and did them religously everyday. it litterally makes exercising fun!!! i would do it while dd was sleeping and my other 2 actually would try and do it w/ me (so cute!). and once you start exercising regularly, everything like eating right and stuff just falls into place b/c it makes you want to!
oh... i'm so excited for you!!!! :)
Congrats...get a jogging stroller and walk an hour a day, 5 days a week.. I lost almost 40 lbs after my last one doing that. In addition to watching what and when I ate.
I am just the same as you, GreenEyedMama. I weigh 188 lbs but I don't LOOK like I weight that much. I don't know---I think a lot of it for me is muscle. I don't know what to tell you about losing weight since I'm struggling with doing that myself.
Congrats on the soon-to-arrive bundle of joy!
4 years ago when i was prego with my son my weight was 165 meduim build 5'5 .I wore size 10/11 jeans now almost 4 years now i wear 17/18!!!! I have never been this big in my life.I know i dont look like i weigh that much but i do!No one ever believes me but its true!!!!!!! I had to get that out lololol
YAY!!!!! Your almost ready! I am so excited for you! 30lbs is not too bad...... Dont drink anything but water and 2% or less of milk, try to eat healthy but if your breastfeeding then you want to eat like you are pregnant for atleast the first 3 months..... Dont rush it it will come of it took 9 months to get it off dont be surprised if it takes that long or longer to get it off!!!! walking is all the exercise you will need to start off. So put the
baby(s) in a stroller and walk for atleast 20/30 minutes without stopping if possible and drink plenty of water! Good Luck and let us know how it all works out!!!!!
yay for you! can not wait to hear the good news that the new one has arrived and every one is happy and healthy. after my 2nd son i exercised with him...i think it was on ****.com that i saw how to exercise and include ur little one as if they were a weight and that way the baby was having fun too....best of luck!!!
congrats am excited like u i cant wait to meet Cameron so my other son can go back to being normal again since he's acting like a baby cryin and the whole 9 yrds congrats again u made it
Congratz. I cant wait until I have less than a week before my little one will be here. I am on my first pregnancy and I have gained 32 lbs. When I started I was 106lbs and 5 ft 5 so my doctor wanted me to gain like 35-40 but at lest 5-10 pounds of that is from swelling and water retention. Good Luck and keep us posted.
CONGRATS!!! and 30lbs isn't too much. Just start out slow, and work up in pace regarding excercise. As for diet. just eat like you would if you were pregnant and trying to nourish a baby, just.. less. :)
