Tender Abdomen? FTM long story.

So I'm a first time mom, this is the 2nd time I've been pregnant but the first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 12 weeks so I've never made it this far. I'm 16+4 weeks and my stomach down lower is kind of tender. More on the left than the right but still tender. Yesterday I felt constipated and gassy (TMI I know) and I still haven't been able to go to the bathroom. I just want to make sure I'm just feeling more intense constipation and not something more serious. Its happened before but not as intense I guess. It's only tender when I sit too hard or push a little on my belly. Is this normal?

Go to your dr and he or she will give safe medications for constipation. U need regular bowel movement to avoid hemorroids. That's what my ob told me when i was in ur weeks. Now im 29weeks. I used to feel that too

It could be constipation. I'm 22+3 and yesterday I had a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. My first pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 11+6 so with this pregnancy I'm always on edge. The pain even made it hard to walk and turned out I just needed to pass gas and I felt SOO much better lol sorry tmi. Take some metamucil my doctor said its great for constipation since its basically fiber and dried vegetable pulp.
