Throwing Up AGAIN

I was super nauseous my first trimester. I think I threw up at least twice a day, five days out of the week. But around 16 weeks, it FINALLY started easing up a lot. I'd only get nauseous a couple of days every so often. But now that I'm almost in my third trimester, I can't go a day without puking. I've literally thrown up EVERYTHING I've eaten in the last 6-7 days. I can't lay down at night without feeling like I'm going to puke; I'm constantly trying to find ways not to have to get up and wake my partner up to no avail. Why is this happening? Is there anything I can do?

Do you take medicine  for it? I know I do or else I wouldn't eat at all. I had a real hard time eating and then I got on medicine  and finally  after 5 months gained weighy.
