Throwing up & Diarreha!

I'm currently 9w3d and for the last week and a half Ive been throwing up nonstop to where I've lost 6lbs. And since Sunday, I've had the worse diarrhea ever. i get excruciating gas pains from
it. any ideas on how to stop the diarrhea? amd settle my stomach?

It happened to me to a poin I would vomit while havin diarrhea at the same time I went from 142-134lbs wat u do is drink lots of water to stay hidrated make sure u get ur vitamins nd eat small potions of food every hr or two...no greasy, fatty, or spicy itll upset ur stomach more it did mine...change ur milk to 2% fat or skim drink at least two glass of milk

Losing that much weight is probably mostly fluid. You have got to drink water and stay hydrated. I had a horrible stomach virus early in pregnancy. I actually was drinking pedialyte for electrolytes and drinking water.  also got some ginger and it calmed my belly significantly. I ate bland foods, small quantities but as frequent as I could. I did not take any medication and it passed in almost four days. BUT if you get that bad, I would recommend going to the hospital. It can get bad enough to need IV fluids to replenish your body.

I have a midwife, I'm not sure if she is open to prescribe meds. And do you know any natural ways to fix this? And what are some signs of dehydration?

I'd call your doctor and see what they say, they can prescribe zofran for the vomiting and tell you what's safe for diharrea. You may be dehydrated and need an IV,

You need to let your doctor know about this because you could have extreme dehydration. But ginger has always helped settle my stomach!
