Tmi-but very concerned

Ok so this is gross but since 16 weeks the right lip on my vagina has a swollen varicose vein. My dr this entire time keeps saying "oh its normal its from the positioning of the baby". Ive left it at that. Well now im 35 wks and its getting worse. I feel like its HUGE and it causes discomfort. Plus when i sit dow to pee the pressure of the baby makes me feel like the veins going to explode so everytime i pee i have to stop mid stream n tense my muscles (somehow it temp relieves the pressure. Still my dr says its normal and it will only be a concern in labor and they'll determine the size of it once im in labor. Any1 else going through this?? I did NOT have this witj my other 2 kids and its very frustrating. As if my bodies not uncomfortable enough now i have this giant varicose vein and causes me more discomfort. Btw my dr has never even looked at it. I feel like if shed seen it n than said "oh ya its normal " it might not worry me so bad. Plus the part that scared me was my dr said if when im in labor if its too big theyll just do a c-section so i dont risk popping it from all the pressure of a vaginal delivery. Now im scared its gonna pop! Even at home.

You should be getting your cervix checked soon, anyways. They will see it then and you will feel better! :)

also soak a pad with some witch hazel, cool it down in freezer and try that, externally only :)

they are quite common, I would treat it like a hemoroid and try a cold pack on it and its prob not possible but try and stay off you feet as the pressure from baby will be making it worse, not very helpful sorry
