Hi there ovulation generally happens 14 days before your next period.but allow extra few days so i would say 16 days before you are due.if you have regular periods this will be easy to determind.check out sites like fertility friend or ovusoft they have some very useful information on how to track your ovulation.best of luck.
Hello and welcome. I like using the ovulation predictor kits (OPK) they are very helpful. You can buy them at any pharmacy. I am 40 also and TTC. I have been ovulating on CD9 or 10 the past couple of months so you have to be prepared. Do you have any children or will this bee your 1st?. We also have a pregnancy 35+ and a TTC over 40 community. Good luck.
I'll do my best. I think there is a list somewhere on her, maybe in the pg over 35 but I can't find it right now.
TTC-trying to conceive
CD 1-? Cycle day 1-
DPO is days past ovulation
AF- Aunt flow or period
I'll try to find the list and send it to you!
I am also trying to conceive. I am 44 years old and never had any luck!!I never wanted any kids but just recently ive changed my mind!!!Im having good sex every other day. Hopefully it will happen soon!
