Update on knee pain post

So I just wanted to let you guys know why my knees were hurting so bad cause I posted it about it earlier. I went to the er and was diagnosed with patellar femoral dysfunction which is doctor for loose joints (which I can thank my mom for cause appearently its genetic). Anyways I've always had loose joints growing up but never had pain with it until I got pregnant. The doctor said it's because the laxin (i think it's called) hormone that's released during pregnancy its exacerbating my loose joints causing me severe pain and discomfort. So now i have an immobilizer on my entire right leg (hopefully I won't be needing one for my left leg later on). Sorry for the long post but just in case any of you were wondering if thought I'd tell you. Also I wanted to tell you so you guys know that my pain wasn't typical of pregnancy it was just exacerbated by it. Anybody else deal with this during pregnancy?

I put warm towels on my left knee when it hurts, I don't like taking pain killers, it usually hurts when I stop exercising or try to lift something very heavy

Yeah it does make it hard to sit lol. You should've seen me trying to get in the car with it on lol :) I'll be looking forward to it going away after delivery :)

They gave me a brace thing when I was pregnant the first time but my bump was too big to be comfortable wearing it and it was hard to sit down. I just have to be careful with myself and try not to let myself overstretch. It goes back to normal pretty quickly after delivery.

Ouch :( falling off the bleachers? Yeah I dislocated my knee too but it was from ice skating lol I'm clumsy. Luckily I haven't had any back pain yet just my knees (but mainly my right knee). Do you do anything to manage your pain?

i dislocated my knee when i was in 10th grade, i fell from the bleachers and the pain comes and goes, & my lower back hurts like a bi..h especially during the weekends when I'm in the car for about 4 hours total, so sometimes I just jump to the backseat and lay on my belly

Do they have anything to help your hips or no? Like a stabilizer? Cause now that I have my knee stabilizer I can't move my flight leg which is hurting my left hip now. Fixed one problem got another lol.

I get it from my hips. They are too loose normally so the relaxin kicking in makes me really wonky! 13wks of fun left for me!!
