Vaginal odor and discharge

Hey ladies...so I've never had vaginal odor before... And now that I'm pregnant I have increased discharge and vaginal odor. I've been using feminine wash but nothing seems to help.... ? Any suggestions?

Its actually recommended to only wash with water, soap even hypoallergenic or scent free can wash away good bacteria, I have a lot more issues if I us soap to wash. Your body should naturally cleanse itself and you shouldn't have a bad odor. unless its from yeast Or some other infection. Now if you just have a musty smell or something it might be because your having an increase in normal discharge and hormones and that's not anything to worry about.

take probiotics it saves u from getting uti's or yeast infections. I take them ever since i took them i haven't had any problems:) and i have had many but i rather take probiotics then antibiotics. Im 39 weeks pregnant and its not that ur starting to smell love its that u can finally smell urself really strongly. I had this problem in the beginning of my pregnancy i wanted to throw up even after i washed and washed myself but i dont no more i use pads and clean daily also u can use wipes instead of toilet paper

As a mommy of 3, just to tell u my experience with feminine washes....dont use them. They tend to throw off ur PH balance down there and can sometimes do more harm than good. Ur vagina naturally cleanses itself so theres really no need to wash the inside at all, just rinse with water. You dont want to wash away the good bacteria as it could cause infection. The outside, I use a scent free soap like Ivory. I would definitely get checked by a doctor just in case though. I do agree that a mild odor and increased discharge can be normal but safe to check with doctor. Take care.

So im just gona give u my advice as a mommy of 3. Ive had many infections and issues down there. Dont use feminine washes. They really can throw off ur PH balance and cause infections by washing away all the good bacteria down there. I use only non scented soap down there. U may or may not have an infection but best to get checked just in case. Some mild odor is normal though.

Call your doctor. Yeast infections and UTI are very common during pregnancy due to increase discharge and they need to be taken care of as soon as possible
