Week 6-nausea-help!!

Up until yesterday I experienced NO nausea. It hit me like a ton of bricks, I'm glued to the couch with no energy or appetite. Any suggestions on what to do to ease the nausea??

I drank lots of water with lime to help with nausea, for some reason lime itself helped a lot with sickness nd nausea. My midwife recommend cold Gatorade if you're dehydrated from throwing up alot. Hope it helps! It's only temporary

You could try mints or minty gum. Suckers usually do the trick too. The sell "preggy pops" at babies r us that help and I believe target also.. Not quite sure though. Sprite is usually good for nausea and so is ginger ale. If your throwing up and can't keep anything down, try drinking powerade. It's a lot easier to keep down than water is and it's good for you. I was in and out of the hospital all throughout my first trimester because of severe nausea and dehydration. So these are some of the things that helped me.
