Went to the doctors today

hey ladies...so i went to the doctors today and they used that rmeasuring thing and measured my stomach and told me i was 29. something weeks so about 30..which is around the amount of weeks i should be if i got my period on nov 18th...and a week under both of my ultra sounds..so what im still asking is would i be this amount of weeks if i had god forbid gotten pregnant Nov 8th?
is that possible?

please help..me and him are fighting and broke up and he was going to go see my ex and now idk whats going with him..

i mean i guess im ni between because i did bleed but it was only for 5 days instead of 7 like normal but i had alot fo stress that month plus on nov 29th i found out i had 1 cyst and another that ruptured but i had a pregnancy test done one nov 17th the day before my period and another one well a blood and urine test nov 28th when i went in for my ruptured cyst so unless a cyst rupturing can cause a false neg on both a urine and blood test then i couldnt have gotten preg godforbid on nov 8th because it would have shown up i  guess..so i guess my only question is is if a ruptured cyst can cause a false neg blood and urine test..at like 22 days after inter coarse!

If you are pretty sure your lmp was nov 18th and that's what all of your dates are coordinating to I would say it's a safe bet that it's correct.  Unless you know precisely when you ovulated you are never going to be able to pinpoint exactly when you conceived.

i know for sure that my lmp wasnt nov 8th it was either oct 18th or nov 18th..but ive been measuring from 9 weeks as if my last lmp was nov 18th could i have god forbid gotten pregnant on nov 8th? if jan 29th i was 9.4 weeks and april 2nd i was like 18? and now im at between 29 and 30 where i should be from those ultra sounds

If you got pregnant (ovulated) on Nov 8, you would be measuring larger, at least 32 or 33 weeks along.  

Now if you think your LMP was Nov 8, you would be about 31 weeks.

actually they all say that by now i should be 29 weeks and under nothign over 30 though

according to all my ultrra sounds from 9.4 weeks until 18 weeks all read that i should be about 29 to 30 weeks...thats including my first ultrasound...so its not like im going off just what they told me this time around

It's possible, but there is no way to know for sure.  At this point ultrasound measurement isn't nearly as accurate as a first trimester ultrasound. The measurements in the 3rd trimester can be off either way by as much as 2 weeks.  If you are questioning paternity, the only way you are going to know for sure is to have a paternity test when the baby is born. I wish I could give you more peace of mind, but it's just to close to make a call on :(

i really dont think i got my period on nov 18th i thought my last period was oct 18th but eveything keeps coming back to this lmp? is that possible if i god forbid had gotten pregnant on nov 8th?
