You and your baby are fine. So many people get off non-food craving when pregnant and the fact your body is used to it then you'll be fine. Your not the first person to eat something 'bad' relax and don't be do hard on yourself mama bear :)

Well hey, don't be so hard on yourself! Obviously it's not healthy, pregnant or not, but being pregnant is a stressful time as it ..add on cravings and it's even more stressful. Maybe you could talk to your dr or counseling? I mean it's worth a shot.

Oh please be careful!! I'm glad you are aware of what you did and how it could hurt your child. I know old habits are hard to break but stay strong for your health and your Childs health! Please please don't do that anymore with all the horrible chemicals it's like poison!
