I was the same way as well, I can remember how awful those nights were when you wake up feeling so sick.. I agree with katiemarie drink plenty of cold water to stay hydrated and it stops that sick feeling, and prop yourself up with loads of soft comfortable pillows for your back. I also resorted to keeping some dry crackers next to my bed at night as it helped me with the nausea by putting something in my belly. Good luck hope your feeling better soon we've all been there and it will pass soon for you hopefully xx.

I know how you feel I was the same way. The best thing to do is make sure your eating small meals when you don't eat at all you make your self feel more sick. And drink lots of water I made the mistake of not staying hydrated and made my self much more sick. For your back go take a warm bath it relaxes your muscles then try laying down with lots of pillows. You can also take Tylenol. Hope this helps! :)
