What is the norm?

Ok, so these pregnancy trackers are freaking me out. I know that I'm only seven weeks along but I've already gained two pounds. I've been trying really hard to watch what I eat because I don't want to gain all the weight like I did with my first two pregnancies (1st was almost 40lbs and 2nd was 30lbs). Well I upload my weight onto the pregnancy tracker and it says my weight gain is high. I haven't been suffering from morning sickness or food aversion so its been like any regular day when I wasn't pregnant. My question to you is, how much have you gained already? And should I be worried that my tracker says my weight gain of two pounds is high? I know this shouldn't be worrying me, but it really is.

I would not worry I have gained 10lb in 6m and that is more that half with my other 4. I have never gained more than 16lb with any of them. So i am in your boat how am I supposed to only gain 5-6 lb in the next 4m.
