For the caffeine you can have 1 cup a day youll be fine. I personally domt drink it but thats what ive heard

1. Unpasteurized dairy
2. Unpasteurized juices
3. Unwashed veggies
4. Deli meats that havent been heated
5. Raw seafood
6. Raw sprouts
7. Prestuffed chicken
8. Alcohol
9. Caffeine
10. Smoked fish
11. High mercury fish
12. Raw or undercooked eggs
13. Raw or undercooked meat
I searched everything with my first pregnancy just to make sure. Also no sushi and shrimp.
Yeah you can eat all normal foods just not high mercury fish and things that produce bacterias like the ones mentioned. You can google a list its not a lot you cant eat.

Dont eat fish high in mercury such as swordfish and mackerel. Dont eat non pasteurized cheeses like thebsoft mexican cheese or feta. It will say on the package. Umm raw meats. If you eat lunchmeat or hot dogs make sure you warm the meat first until steamy hot. Dont eat raw sprouts.
