When does it become a concern?

Okay, i am almost 7 wks along and i have been cramping for two weeks. Not constant but achey and sometimes sharp. Im terrified, and this is my first pregnancy. I havent had any spotting but i am alittle paranoid. The doctor said if it gets worse or i spot then to call her right away for hemoglobin shots as i am an rh factor meaning my body could reject the baby at any time if our blood mixes and doesnt match. But my question is when should i be concerned, do i wait till i bleed or if these cramps get alittle worse. If anyone could relate or give me aome reassurance i would greatly appreciate it. Please help!! Thank you in advanced.

I'm 21 weeks now. I cramped every night up until I was almost 12 weeks.  My doctor said its growing pains that will go away.  Worry only if you start to bleed
