completely agreed to clysta.. it's not pregnancy cause you took unwanted 72 timely so that reason is cancelled..  if you did not use a condom then Either your parter had some STD like gonorrhoea which causes inflammation of the mucus membrane of the urinogenital tract or syphilis whichalso affects the mucus membrane of the genital tract and causes lesions.. Or it might be due to some infection also like yeast infection or B.V. infection.. i would suggest you should get it checked once and whatever be the problem timely traetment is necessary.. so just go for a checkup and don't be hesitant.. good luck..

There are no doctors on this forum. Only members who answer questions if we can. I'm assuming it was unprotected since you used an EC. It could be pregnancy, it might be an STD/STI, or some form of infection. Did the person you slept with have a clean bill of health from a doctor? If not or you don't know, you should see a doctor and be tested for everything. You should also always use protection regardless of who you're with unless you know they're clean and you're trying for a baby. EC aren't meant to be relied on for birth control and do have a decent failure rate.
