Worried for no reason?

I'm seven weeks preg today. I do not have an ultrasound until friday so I havent seen the bean yet! I have had one healthy little boy that is now 6 yrs old, but before that I had PID and an ectopic pregnancy. I dont remember much about eitger pregnancy.  I have been having these weird cramps and random short pains here there and everywhere in my lower abdomen, no bleeding at all and the cramps dont really hurt, noreen just..noticable..if that makes sense...they dont stay they are there somedays and not others but because of my history im terrified
that its an ectopic pregnancy again and when i.got on friday my bean wont be there :( has anyone else gone through this and do you have any suggestions? I feel super bloated, my breasts are a little tender but not that bad, I gey nauseous and dizzy but no real morning sickness so are lack of symptoms a sign for ectopic?? Thanks ladies!

Hi, I think I'm about 7_8 weeks. Not seen my midwife yet, but iv been suffering with exactly the same symptoms as u, its my first child so just want to say thanks to everyone who commented. I feel kind of normal now. Not exactly sure what to expect and what is or isn't normal. Good luck everyone and congratulations xx

I remember having cramps in the first few weeks that I knew. Probably around 4 to 8 weeks. I had some spotting in that time frame also. I had the non stop peeing also. I think cramping is normal as long as it doesn't stop you from doing normal tasks. I had a m/c  2 years ago and I was scared about this 1. I'm 28 weeks pregnant with a healthy baby boy. Try not to worry until friday. I sure hope you get to see that little bean on friday! (:

Cramping is completely normal in pregnancy as your ligaments stretch...unless bleeding happens you should be fine.  If the pain becomes unbearable then call your doc or go to the ER.  If you don't see the baby on friday it could be that you just arent as far along as you think.  Congrats on the pregnancy!
