Zuper uncomfortable
Im 21 weeks pregnant . and having magor back pain but all in my upper and on my lower left side back i have no bump shlwing so im guessing hes sitting in my back more just like my first did .
Also i have alot of pain in my left abdominal .. How can i ease it up a bit??

Arghh. Sorry to hear this. Baby definitely could shift and you'll get relief. Until then, what about a heating pad? That can give back relief. Talk to your doctor about it too. good luck
