It could be any number of things. I'm 30 weeks and have been feeling that for a couple weeks now. My dr said its just muscles stretching. It's incredibly painful for me and it's like something bruised my pubic bone and my baby has not dropped. She has actually wedged herself up pretty high. My hips and lower back are all super site because of this as well. My dr said a pregnancy support belt may help since I still have a ways to go but said there aren't any stretches that can be done to help or anything like that. At least you don't have long left. :)

Your baby is starting to drop and push on your pelvic floor. It will cause your hips to hurt and your tailbone your vaginal bone shoot even your vagina to hurt it's a good sign it means your hitting those last few weeks. Yay you.
