Best thing to do would be to contact your doctor so they can check your levels and maybe give you an ultrasound. Bleeding during pregnancy if it is red or pink it isn't usually a good sign. If the blood was brown thats old blood and not something to really worry about. Also, if you aren't having cramps or clotting that is another sign that the pregnancy might continue. Anytime you bleed in pregnancy they give it a 50-50 chance of continuing normally. During my first pregnancy I spotted pink at 6 weeks and later found out at 9 weeks that the baby had died. I was still coming up positive on pregnancy tests and continued to come up positive for 4 weeks after the miscarriage. My next pregnancy I started bleeding worse then a period, bright red, with clots and cramps at 5 1/2 weeks. Doctors did an ultrasound and couldn't see anything but a sac and told me I was going to have another miscarriage. At 6 weeks I went in to see if there was any progress and imagine my surprise when we saw a little baby with a beautiful little heartbeat in there. My daughter is now 1 as of last week and she is the biggest miracle in my life. Don't loose hope even if you bleed everything can turn out ok.
