All the time. It can be multiple things, I sometimes am not even upset when it happens to me I'll be laying there and it just happens. I've had with all three of my pregnancies, I mean I have it when I'm not pregnant but its worse pregnant. If it gets really bad talk to your Dr :)
You should really talk to your doctor about it. Have you tried things like acupuncture or yoga. They are both very relaxing and are great for anexiety. I know that there have been lots of advertising about pregnancy and anxiety meds being harmful. These options can help you without the risk of birth diffects. To suffer with anexiety isn't good for your baby, try some options available to you.
I have had anxiety attacks for 9 years. So before I was pregnant I was going through really bad attacks. I still do have attacks even though I am on medicine..my doctor switched me to a B class antidepressant which is safe to take. It's Buspirone. I still have anxiety sometimes but its not as bad as what it was.. I would recommend going to talk to a therapist..they can also help you with relaxation techniques . I know how u feel . I get shortness of breath, heart jumping, dizziness, etc..
