My dog isn't allowed on couches or beds unless I invite her up, and she'll go lie down, or move, or just back up a little if I tell her to. I think some good dog training is really worth it when there are kids in the mix, not just in pregnancy...it's hard enough to wrangle a baby lol without worrying about a dog too.

I have the same problem. Our puppy always wants to stand on top of my belly lol. I keep moving him but next time he wants up, he ends up right back there!

what you do is give the dog more attention the dog feels as if you love the baby more its as simple as that i had a dog when i had a baby and thats what i did and it stopped

Spray water bottle or water gun.  Be sure when you spray the dog say no in a loud firm voice.  Good luck.
