Labour story continues.. my phone is playing it updated the half story. After epidural they checked me at 0230 and I was 8 cm dilated but suddi baby's heart beat dropped and stayed at 90. Doctor checked and found that cord was wrapped twice around his neck and they rushed me to the operation theater for emergency csection. He wad born born at 0344. My little champ is perfectly healthy. He was worth of all the pains AMD aches.
Tip: eat before ur labour starts if u can to keep ur energy up
# when having contraction take deep and long breaths and focus on breathing..
# take sips of water between the contractions
