I go to the chiropractor to keep my hips aligned.  Everytime I roll over in bed my hips pop I can't lay on one hip to long or I'm in pain. I usually wake up on my back which I know I shouldn't be.  I'm only 21 wks and my chiropractor says he will be my new best friend soon. It also helps with delivery keeping everything aligned.

Story of my life sister....it gets so bad at night that im forced to get up and pace the room...even though it hurts making urself get up and stretch it out usually helps..at least enough to where you can lay back down again. Or, like nickie says i hop in the bath and fill it super super full...neither take it away completely for me but its better than nothing...im sorry to say that its just going to get worse until they feel  like they're completely broken...and then ur LO comes out and it will be alllll better :) or at least thats what im banking on lol! sorry im not much help, ive been the host of my own pity party for weeks but know that ur not alone, the rest of us feel like crud too!!

I had this problem with both of my pregnancies with my boys. I used to sit in a semi warm tub as full as I could get it without it spilling into the floor. It is because the weight of your little one pressing on your hips... If you sit in the tub then it will give you the feeling of weightlessness and will give your hips some relief. I used to live in the tub near the end of my pregnancy and walked a lot but sometimes that makes it worse for some but walking always helped me relieve that pressure. I hope you feel better soon =)
