Oops. I have been using one for a few days and he feels lower. I also started cramping which i havent at all my whole pregnancy so i think its doing something. Im 37 weeks and i definately recommend it. It also makes my back feel better, its been so sore.
You can use it to try and move baby down into position but I dont think it would start labor. Most people recommend sex, walking and squatting.
