sorry I would say tell your doctor as well just in case it's something else.
the best way to combat it is to drink as much fluid as possible..by increasing your blood volume, you can slightly increase your blood pressure. They treat low blood pressure first and foremost in the hospital with IV fluids..so try to stay hydrated, and don't stand or sit too quickly.
Those symptoms are for gestational diabetes but it's probably early to tell....not to worry too much sometimes it's normal but I suggest u tell ur ob
Thanks! Now I know not to worry next time it happens!
It's normal in early pregnancy most women experience it. This happens because the pregnancy hormone progesterone relaxes the walls of your blood vessels, causing your blood pressure to fall. It will get better throughout your pregnancy
Thank you. I got really worried and thought something mght have happened to the baby.
Yes, my blood pressure was very low my first trimester--I even passed out a few times. I soon learned to carry water with me no matter where I was and no matter what I was doing, if I started to feel dizzy I would sit down wherever I was, put my head between my knees and take nice, deep breaths. Your blood pressure will probably begin to rise back to a normal level in your second trimester. Good luck. =)
