braxton hicks

So im curious if anyone else gets braxton hicks so frequently. Im 31 wks and it's my 3rd pregnancy.  For the past few days ive been getting braxton hicks from everything. If i have gas bubbles i get them,  when the baby moves i get them, after i eat i get them, ect. I know the signs to watch for like how intense and if they get regular. Im just wondering if anyone else gets them as often.

Mine start with a pain in my vaginal area.  Then my stomach gets rock hard starting from the bottom up.  That lasts about 45-75 seconds and then starts getting soft again fron the top to bottom.  And it ends with more pain down there.

Tightening. My uterus gets so hard and tight for about 30 seconds lasting up to over a minute. Sometimes when they are intense i can barely breathe because its so tight.

I'm 31 n half weeks and my third as well.  I have been having contractions since 21 weeks.  Now they are a lot more common and frequent.  I actually was in labor and delivery monday night because they were extremely painful and within 2-6 minutes of one another.  Some of them actually made me feel like i needed to push.  But they said  not to worry because they weren't causing me to dilate any.

I think I just started getting them. I'm 34 weeks and I've been feeling this intense tightening feeling in my tummy usually when I lay down on my right side. At first I thought it was the baby moving, but it felt weird then I am to the conclusion it was Braxton Hicks (sorry for the rant lol). I'm unsure of how often you are suppose to get them, but I read that if they don't go away if you change position then they should go away.
