bruised ribs? anyone else?

I woke up the other day in so much pain in my ribs i could hardly move i felt them n they were alittle swollen i thought the baby had just been kicking me in them during the night cause he always kicks in my ribs so took it easy for a few hours then they started to get worse i went and looked it the mirror and i started to get like purple bruises on them and i eventually got to the point where i couldnt cough without crying, so i when to the hospital coz i didnt know what was wrong and it turned out to be the baby had been kicking me in them so much he has bruises my ribs on both sides i was/am still in so much pain. Has this ever happened to anyone else?? Ive asked people iknow and they havent.

I use the Palm of my hand and push his feet away. It helps sometimes

Ano its so painfull im35weeks and hes been kicking my ribs since about 25weeks its unbareable sometimes.

My little guy does the same thing. I'm 38 weeks and it's even worse now that he's bigger. His feet hit my rub cage constantly.
