So I'm a big soda person but ever since I've been pregnant I kinda stopped when I do crave one I usually get a 7 up or sprite....now I'm addicted to green tea with ginsing I know tea still has caffeine but any other suggestions on something good to drink????

I just buy the caffeine free sodas there just as good.

I drink the no caffeine soda or I just stick to juice but there. are a lot of good soda with no caffeine

Green tea really for not have thatch caffine you are allowed to have  300 mg of caffine a day! But I love root beer ( since I got pregnant) I basically just drink water I have started to enjoy it

I know I feel you! I used to drink 4 diet cokes a day and when I found out I was pregnant I quit cold turkey! I mean caffeine isn't bad for the baby. Just good too cut back on it. Sprite and 7up should be fine! But I drink lots of water and orange juice!
