caffeine?

what're your thoughts on caffeine while pregnant?
I know you're not supposed to exceed a certain amount but my sister drank coca cola all day throughout her pregnancy (baby was fine)

Im addicted to caffeine to the point that my dr told me quitting or cutting back would be more dangerous to my baby then the caffeine itself. I drink about 4-6 mountain dews a day, I get physically sick and migrainesso bad I cant handle it if I dont.

I got lucky, baby hates coffee and tea so I haven't had any in months. As for coke, my family will knock out out of my hand if I take more than a few sips

Everything in moderation! Lol Dr. Pepper was like Sprite to me during my morning sicknessbut now that it has subsided I only have one when I really crave it.

It can affect baby's heart rate. All i drank was Dr Pepper till i was 12 weeks. Her HR was 164. When i quit drinking caffeine it went down to 144.

I drink coffee or tea. Not every day, but every other at least. I'll get headaches if I dont. Just don't go crazy and it's fine. :)

Should definitely limit it. Other than that I think it's fine. It helps with my headaches.
