camping while pregnant
Is it safe to go camping while pregnant?? Im going this weekend.. I'm just worried about the elevation and the masquitos!! Anyone also know what you can use to prevent masquito bites other than off spray??
Just be careful when pitching the tent and getting any dirt under your nails. I know its a bit over the top but you dont know whats been on the grass before hand. Its always good to have that little bottle of hand sanitizer. Have fun!
I wish I did! Despite spray I still get eaten all over! And lucky me, I go into l&d on Wednesday and one got me right between the eyes! That'll make for some glorious first moment pictures!
I went camping earlier in my pregnancy & was just fine. I would recommend an air mattress & pillows. I didn't have either & it was way un-comfy! Avon has this lotion called "skin so soft" that people clam work as a bug repellent & they also make a bug guard that is really good. I've also heard of eating lots of garlic. Hope you have fun! Wish I could go but it's way too hot for my big ol self. LOL
