Girl I am sorry for not replying, I am kind of new to this and don't know if someone has replied or not, but anyways, I was told that you have to have a period in oreder to ovulate and release an egg, you can still get pregnant with PCOS but you have to take medcines to make you have a period, I don't understand why your doctor allow you to go 3 YEARS without a period, that may become a problem if you want to get pregnant. i don't think you can get pregnant like that with the cramps in all because you need to tknow when you are ovulating and thats when you need to know when your periods are so you can keep track of your ovulations dates, and try to conceieve on those dates. When you go to the doctor monday ask the doctor to check your ovaries, hormones, thyroid and glucose. You will need these test to determine your hormone balance as ask for a Ultra Sound and a scan Vaginal. God bless you, Your time will come just BELIEVE :), SSBD!
