I'm 3cm dilated but the doctor said my cervix is still hard......any suggestions on how to soften it?

Maybe. I had to go to an organic store to get it. Sometimes they carry it sometimes they don't. Dont get rasberry flavored tea. Its red raspberry leaf. I drink 3 cups a day and take 2000mg of primrose oil a day.then again I'm 39w2d. How far along are you?

I've heard squats help you go into labor, also! Just don't strain yourself, maybe hold onto a chair or aomething for support, if you decide to try. :)

Sex sperm actually makes it soft and thins it out you have to keep the sperm in or at least 20 minutes, and also if you have an orgasm it will also help dilate, and thin it out

I've always been told that your able to have sex that sperm actually helps soften your cerxix.
