chamomile tea???
Ive heard if u drink it as hot as u can handle it n a couple of cups of it, it will help speed up labor. Has anyone tryed it cus im about to ive tryed sex, cinnamon tea, pushing when i get mild contractions n nothing
It doesnt hurt to try I guess. All pregnancies are different. Maybe its the sane theory as a hot bath - that it should relax you enough to help dilate. You can still try if you want mama, just giving my personal experience.
No I drink chamomile every night before bed, and did every night with my daughter. It doesnt affect labor or even jump start labor. Hot as you can handle it just sounds like unnecessary torture.
