chest tightness

I am 7 weeks pregnant with my first child and I have this uneasy feeling in my chest. Right at my breastbone. It's like a tightness. I looked it up and I guess it might be heartburn? But I have it all the time. Anyone else have that feeling?

When I was 7 weeks pregnant and 3 days I found out I was pregnant and it came as such a surprise.  Towards the end of my 7th week to about 9 or 10 weeks I kept having what felt like pressure on my chest and I was having shortness of breath and felt like I couldn't breathe.  I went to the E.R. because I thought that maybe I had developed asthma during my pregnancy.  Turns out I was hyperventillating (breathing faster than I had to).  Apparently, I was having anxiety or panic attacks causing me to hyperventillate.  I had to start back on my Zoloft and it has helped so far.

Sounds like heartburn, butyou could also be getting a cold or flu. With it being that time of the year I would go to your primary just to be sure your not coming down with something

Sounds exactly like me. I'm six weeks pregnant with my first and I started getting heartburn this week. Since id never had heartburn, despite the fact that I carry texas pete packets in my purse, I had no idea what it was. And now its a *itch to get it to go away. Try tums or a glass of milk. Its the only safe thing that works for me. Good luck!
