confused about my body.

Lately I have been not feeling like myself. My breast are extremely sore, i have been going to the bathroom more than normal, and i have been extremely tired. I am a few days late for a pretty regular cycle, but my problem is i have taken 3 home pregnancy tests and they are all negative. I also just took a drug screen for my work and they said there was a microscopic blood in the urine. Is there still a possibility that i could be pregnant? Or does the blood in the urine mean i am about to start my cycle?

Blood in the urine wouldn't mean anything in regards to a menstrual cycle. When you have a period the blood comes from your vagina, not urethra. Blood coming from your urethra could mean any number of things and your doctor should see you about that. Whatever problem is going on could be causing your symptoms. UTI (urinary tract infection) comes to mind and would explain frequent urination. And any infection would cause you to feel nauseated and ill.

Don't know about the sore breasts unless it's just a PMS symptom and your period is waiting to start. Sometimes when we're sick or have something going on, our periods are delayed.

blood in urine - possibly... preg? but I think that can also point to ovarian problems like a cyst (less likely - unless you have history), or more likely a urinary tract infection? any discomfort going to the bathroom - as its more frequent - also asks the question... hurts/stings?

As far as what I could find is that it means that you are probably going to start your period but there is a whole list of things that could cause this. Type microscopic blood in urine and it will give you a whole list of things that could cause this. I hope you are well. You should definitely take a preggo test though if you think you could be.
