I went for 16 days at the beginning of my pregnancy, and it was absolutely terrible. By then my dr had me go to the ER. They gave me an enema, and suppositories. Those got me going! You can get them at walmart or a drug store. They suck because you have to put something up your butt, but by that point I didn't care. Good luck hun!

I'm surprised your OB isn't treating this as serious. Did they feel your belly to see if you're all stocked up in there because that isn't healthy for you or baby. Constipation is common, especially in early pregnancy. You aren't supposed to use enemas during pregnancy but if you don't have a BM soon they're only going to suck it out in the hospital. A home remedy is taking chipped bar soap, about a half teaspoon and putting it inside your anus as far as it can go. I would also suggest some exercise to get things moving in there with blood flow. Drink lots of water....and a good ole cup of black coffee. 1 or 2 cups won't hurt baby, just make sure its caffeinated! If you don't like coffee then warm tea with lemon.
Congrats on your wee one and I really hope things get moving along soon!!

Eat things with lots of fiber. Or get the fiber one bars. If I eat a few of those I can go.
