Hi, I recently took a pregnancy test that showed positive. I've been having cramps for a couple of minutes after I stand up. Is this normal? I'm nervous the cramping means something is wrong. ..... this is my first pregnsncy.

its normal to have period like cramps in the beginning . your uterus is growing as long as you are not bleeding and spotting it is pretty normal .

It could be growing pains, ligament pains, I had a LOT of cramping my first pregnancy, a lot. As long as it's not severe and you aren't bleeding, no worries :)
