for great explanations you can google that question and you will get some great info. but here is the basics.
cd (cycle day) 1: first day of period, not spotting
cd 2-14 : estrogen phase
cd 10-16 (average cd 14) ovulation (fertile day, you may notice a change in cervical mucous or cm. when you see cm that looks like egg whites (ewcm) that is when you would want to have baby making time with your man cause it generally means you are ovulate, but to be certain the best way is to do a basal temperature chart, there is an app on here to help you do that. you will see your temperature spike up and that shows you ovulated)
cd 14-28 or 1 dpo (day post ovulation) to 14 dpo: progesterone phase/luteal phase this is the what we all call the 2 weeks waiting (2ww) cause on day 28 (for most women) you get your period again and start your cycle again, or you test and find out you are pregnant.
