What were the colors of discharge for an infection? I keep having the mucus stringy type that is white. I know its not from sex since we haven't done it since Christmas time. I had it before but had sex the day before so that's what I thought it was from. Last pregnancy I didn't have any discharge like that until my mucus plug so I'm not quite sure if I am just losing some now ans its going to regenerate itself or if I have an infection.
That's what I thought but at my appointment it threw me off because they were asking about my discharge which they didn't last pregnancy. Better safe than sorry and ask instead of wonder.
That's a normal type of discharge. If it were green/yellow like when you have a sinus infection or looked like cottage cheese then it's an infection. White and stringy is totally normal though :)
