Hey ladies i am three months pregnant & have been very dizzy & lightheaded having to sit down a lot so i don't pass out can anybody tell me what this means?? I dont have a current doctor waiting on medacaid

I have that probably when my blood sugar gets low, it can get very scary! Try eating something sugary or having a little soda, that seems to bring me back to life quickly!

me too, from low blood pressure, get up slowly + ye lots of water

Happened to me , I wa severly dehydrated . Water , water , water !

I got dizzy a lot too. My doctor said to drink a lot more water too see if that helps.
