And that's it. I have never like veggies and I can't imagine ever enjoying them what can I do to be sure I am getting all the veggievitamins I should be with out drinking v8 crap or eating the horrible veggies..

When i eat potatoes they make my stomach hurt so bad it cramps and sharp pains because potatoes are loaded with gass which is not good at all for a preg person.....i hate that because potatoes are my favorite food

Applebees has these wonderful (probably fried) green beans with a horseradish dip as an appetizer.  They have a crunchy crust of some kind.  Delicious.

Even my Dr said that canned veggies are better than no veggies.

I don't like veggies either, at all. If i try to force it then i throw up. They all taste like dirt to me. So i started doing carrots in ranch, broccoli with rice and cheese casserole, green bean, cream of mushroom, and French fried onion casserole, shepherds pie (cans of veg-all, corn, carrots, potatoes, green beans, lima beans all mixed together. Baking dish full of mashed potatoes, lay veggies in mashed potatoes, then cooked gr beef with tomato sauce, then cheese, then biscuits, then bake till biscuits are done.) That's about all i can stand lol, but it's better than nothing.

Try eating veggies different ways. Like either make or buy spinach and artichoke dip. That always helps me. Or try to boil your veggies, rather than buying them canned. Good luck!

Canned vegetables are not good for you or baby.  There are little to no nutrients, the preservatives are horrible, and corn in general is a causes of many illnesses b/c there is no such thing as non-GMO corn anymore.  Have you tried looking up ways to cook the vegetables in a way that you would like?  How about a stir-fry using coconut oil, fresh veggies (squash, peppers, broccoli, etc), some whole-grain lo-mein, liquid aminos (like soy sauce, just healthier).  Or maybe roasted in the oven with some olive oil, lemon juice, and sesame seeds?  Try going to a local farm market and see if you can get some fresh produce, which is always better than store bought/frozen/canned.  Your baby wants nutrients!!

Some of the V8s are made with fruit and veggies, probably for this very reason, to help someone who is not fond of veg but should be eating it.

One possibility is eating things raw.  I dislike cooked carrots but will eat the occasional carrot stick.  Cucumbers raw are good.  (Of course also good as pickles.)  Or go more exotic than you usually try -- my son adores raw fennel (anise) -- it looks like celery but tastes like licorice.  Artichokes?  Arugula?  Basil in leaf form?

If all you can manage is canned peas (you don't like the frozen, straight out of the sack?  Yummers that way) and that is it, well, eat a lot of canned peas.  But there might be other things you haven't tried.
