eating

so im like 8 weeks pregnant and i cant seen to eat like i want i alwas throw up i feel like crap i can olny keep fruits down and thats it what should i do somebody help i want to eat more and keep more down and i wish ican sleep comfty i cnt lay on m back or my right side urgggghhhh SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was really bad this time around with morn sickness i suffered from all the bad symptoms honestly try ginger... ginger beer ginger ale etc it didnt cure my sickness but made me feel much better

thanks to everyone that help but nothing seems to work i onli seeem to be able to eat once a day my doc is concern because im losein weight and not gaining weight and cause im already little but my body stop gainin weight after 125 my matabolism kicks in and work even faster idk what to do here urgh anywho thanks to all that can help

Untill it becomes uncomfortable you can sleep how ever you want. I slept on my stomach Untill I was 22 weeks and my back up to 27, Untill I couldn't breath. Trust me sleep any way you can now Untill it more or less becomes impossible to sleep at all! Good luck.

Don't force it. Just eat what you can. Your craving will kick in soon enough. For now just stay with what is good for your tummy. I always kept a bag of crackers by my night stand for the first 12 weeks or so. Eat a few first thing in the morning will calm your stomach and reducing vomiting. Otherwise try ginger ale and apple sauce. Drink plenty of water and take your prenatal vitmines.
As for the body pain, try a body pillow. I sometime just move to the couch to nap if I can't get comfortable in bed.
It's going to be better in a couple more weeks and you feel and eat like a normal person again. Hang in there :)
