What kind of exercises are safe during pregnancy? I've felt myself slacking quite a bit and really don't like the results. I know my belly is gonna get bigger, but I can't help but think that I don't have to let the rest of me get bigger along with it! I just feel flabby and gross! I'm getting "bingo" arms and my thighs are far from in shape! Not to mention that I hardly walk anymore unless its at school from class to class or around the house to do the basics! :-(
