Hi guys i am 24 living in London. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I am very excited. I went up to a size 18 when I was pregnant and do not wish to do the same with this pregnancy. Anyone able to recommend any exercise appropriate for pregnancy please.
Do you work? I walk alot at work thats been keeping me fit and I eat lots of fryits for snacks. I only gained baby weight so far no extra weight. Im 36 weeks
