eye floaters

I was just sitting down, talking with my bf and about 30-40 of those annoying little floaty thing appeared in my vision! They moved about for a minute, then disappeared! It was really crazy! I know I dont have pre-eclampsia because my placenta is healthy & high & the only changes lately have been a headache, slightly higher than my normal BP and I believe they baby dropped about 3 days ago. I am 38 weeks and I am wondering if there is any reason to be concerned?

Being warm during pregnancy is normal. Especially since your body's temp naturally rises a bit in the evening.
I'm talking about ,"omg why am I so hot!" Warm. You'll get flushed in the face, sometimes the neck and chest too.
I can always tell when a very large person is having bp issues because their face and neck is really red for no reason.

White blood cells are usually an indicator of a pending infection (uti) and aren't the same as protein luckily.
You need to watch out for (with a possible high bp) light flashes in your vision, headache that doesn't go away with recommended treatment (tylenol,a nap, dark room, cool wash rash), pain in your chest/neck/shoulders that doesn't go away with pain management/heat/ice/relaxing, sometimes if the bp is high enough you can have ear pain, or even a weird noise in your ears, you might feel incredibly hot for no reason, or just have a feeling of impending panic.  Now.  Since I've listed all that don't go all reader's symptomatic on us lol. (meaning as you read the symptoms you suddenly get them... Omg so common in med classes about diseases and disorders lol)

Oooo I get my glasses at www. **** .com
Frames start at 6.95 (including single vision lenses) shipping is only $4.95. You get them in about 2 weeks.  I've bought like 6 pairs from them and love them!
If you need special lenses it'll cost more though.  Like bi-focal or progressives.
I usually buy two pairs at a time  just in case my two year old gets ahold of one (good idea for puppies too lol)

I have never gotten migraines before, and I mean those little squiggles! I just realised I hot pre-eclampsia mixed up with placenta previa (sp). My Dr didn't seem concerned about the BP, I think it was within normal range but higher than I have had. And I asked them to test my urine for a bladder infection, they said I had a small amount of white blood cells so they would send it away.. Is that the same as proteins? My Dr is closed until Mon or Tues do I'd have to go to the mat ward at the hospital... What other symptoms should I watch for? Is dizziness one?.

Oh btw just thought about this lol.  If you wear contacts and don't take them out nightly (unless you have the ones meant for nighttime) the protein buildup will cause the squiggles.  Just pop em out clean em good and put em back in lol.... Not that I've ever slept in my contacts ;-)  lol

You might wanna get it checked out at the opticians... one or two is normal... lots is not.
Not a problem for baby but for your eye sight.

might be an onset to migraine if you get those... i had the weird squigglies the other day like I had been out in the sun for a long time and walked back inside and my eyes had to readjust... was like that for about 15-20 minutes and then got a nasty horrible migraine later on that day... if you have a history of them it could be that but you might call your dr and see what they think.

Eye floater like flashes? Black spots? Or those squiggles that appear and disappear for no reason?
Btw pre-eclampsia has nothing to do with your placenta.  it'll cause elevated bp and protein in your urine.  It can be dangerous too.
